Ifá says súùrú(patience) is the “father of all virtues”. In the world-patience is for people who are afraid to take action.while you’re being patient someone is taking action and your opportunity…….
IN ifá,patience isn’t passive,it’s a strategic timing.its knowing that you can’t force a fruit to ripe.if you pull it too early,it is sour……

Ìbà Àṣẹ!

As this new month begins, I give praise and honor to the Òrìṣà and to the divine forces that guide my path.

May my Orí guide me toward goodness, wisdom, peace, and success. May my destiny be strengthened, and may every good opportunity meant for me find its way to me.

May Èṣù open the right doors and remove obstacles from my path.

May Ògún give me strength, courage, victory, and protection from enemies and difficulties.

May Òṣun bring sweetness, love, favor, prosperity, and abundance into my life.

May Ṣàngó grant me courage, justice, power, and the strength to overcome challenges.

May Yemọja and Olókun bring peace, stability, blessings, and abundance into my home and affairs.

May Òrìṣà Ajé bless my hands with prosperity and make my honest efforts fruitful.

May my ancestors, Egúngún, stand with me, protect me, and guide me toward what is good.

In this new month, may I experience good health, peace of mind, favor, financial progress, protection, and success. May negativity, misfortune, and unnecessary obstacles stay far from me.

May my prayers be accepted, may my sacrifices be received with Àṣẹ, and may my path be aligned with my highest good.

Aṣẹ, Aṣẹ, Aṣẹ.
May this month bring blessings, abundance, protection, and victory.
Ìbà Àṣẹ!………Affirm it by @babajideoluoti

Òrìṣà Ajé is traditionally associated with wealth, prosperity, trade, profit, and the circulation of resources in Yorùbá religious thought. Aje is especially connected with marketplaces and successful commerce.

🌿 What Ajé represents

* Wealth and financial prosperity
* Successful business and trade
* Profit and abundance
* Good fortune in commerce
* Sustenance and economic well-being

A useful distinction is that Ajé is not simply understood as “money.” Traditional discussions connect Ajé with the broader process through which wealth is created, sustained, exchanged, and used within the community.

🐚 Connection with the market

The cowrie shell is strongly associated with Ajé because cowries historically functioned as currency in Yorùbá economic life. The expression “Ajé ó” is also traditionally used as a wish or prayer that wealth/profit will come.

🙏 Ajé and prayer

Traditional practice varies between communities and lineages. In some traditions, people seek Ajé’s favor for honest business, increased opportunities, profitable trade, and financial stability, often alongside consultation with Ifá or one’s spiritual lineage.

One well-known praise name is “Ajé Ogungunnisọ, Arin-gini-gini wọ̀jà” by @babajideoluoti
