Performance Report // Week 1

No filters. No excuses. Just the numbers.

This series isn’t about pretending I’m already there.

It’s about documenting what I’m actually doing to get there.

This week wasn’t pretty.

📉 267.4 lbs.

🏌️ 247-yard average carry.

💥 Swing speed has a long way to go.

My body isn’t where it needs to be.
My golf game isn’t anywhere close to where it needs to be.
And honestly… neither is my mindset some days.

But, we have a starting point and I have dreams to chase.

Make sure to follow me because Every two weeks, I’ll post everything.

* Body photos.
* Weight.
* Golf numbers.
* Distance gains.
* Content schedule.
* Wins.
* Failures.
* Where I’m at mentally.

Nothings hidden nor fake.

If the numbers improve, you’ll see it.

If they don’t, you’ll see that too.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. The goal is to become someone my kids are proud of.

See you in two weeks.

Let’s get 1% better.

Don’t wanna hear me yap, scroll to second 73 to see my current weight 👀

I’ve lost a ton of weight over the last 2 1/2 months and that’s not what I’m most proud of. I’m most proud of connecting my mind to body and having the ability to inspect my mental state with what I’m currently doing.

It’s been hard for me to celebrate success in the past as I’m always looking for the next big thing… BUT not anymore.

I f*cking did it, I’ve lost 48.7 pounds in 10 weeks. No one else decided to do it for me. No one was there to cheer me on during the 4am peloton rides. IT WAS ME.

Follow me to see what else I can do

Happy Anniversary My Love ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

You’ve loved me when there wasn’t much to love about me and showed me I’m worth it.

You are the most beautiful person, inside & out. You inspire me to be a better husband, baba, and person everyday.

You provided us with the family we always wanted

And you’re the best mama.

Thank you for always supporting me.

Here’s to another 6 years together 😘 by @babasgonebonkers

“Why’d you lose so much weight?”

Honestly, because I want to feel comfortable in my own skin so I can do things my kids wanna do. by @babasgonebonkers

Send help, please.

I’ve never rode a bike as an adult and honestly, I thought it’d be as easy as, well, riding a bike, BUT I WAS WRONG and now I’m slated to ride 25 miles in just 3 weeks.

wtf am I thinking? Can I actually do that?

Follow me to find out.

Can I actually complete this crazy endurance test? I have just under 3 months to get in the best shape of my life because I just signed up for my biggest test both physically & mentally.

I don’t think I’m ready for it & that’s why I signed up
