Everyday I hear people complaining about their health.
They feel tired, weak, bloated, overweight, not sleeping etc.
But they won’t do a damn thing about it.

There are SIMPLE things we can do everyday to feel better and one of those things is taking quality supplements.

We all have nutritional deficiencies because we’re not eating as well as we should. Even if we’re eating 100% organic food, we are still not getting all the nutrients our body needs, because today’s food has less than half of the nutrients than the same food had fifty years ago.

When our bodies have the proper nutrients we FEEL better!!! We have more energy, we’re sharper, we can concentrate better!

Constipated? Increase your FIBER intake! Drink more water, eat more berries, apples, sweet potato, and yes add 2 scoops of fiber+ to your water and drink. It’s that easy.

Feeling weak? No muscle? Struggling with memory issues?!
Take creatine daily!!!

Need more energy? Try a clean pre workout. One that pairs L-Theanine with caffeine.

Struggling with sleep? Have you tried taking magnesium bisglycinate daily?

Need help choosing the right supplements for you?

Looking for ways to get more protein into your diet?

This is what I’ve eaten every day for years in order to get enough protein.

I have black coffee with Chobani zero sugar Greek yogurt plus a scoop of Momentous Protein Powder and some fruit every morning.

At lunch I have 2% cottage cheese, a light cheese string, a hard boiled egg, either chicken or turkey plus some veggies, fruit and a few pretzels.

Dinner is either chicken, turkey breast, extra lean beef, or fish, with sweet potato, vegetables and garden salad.

For snacks I usually have natural pop corn, with half of a protein bar.

Lots of water and I like diet tonic with lime at dinner.
