💋 A little lip blush + a whole lot of perspective…

I had my lips blushed today, by the amazing and talented @babelabofficial and I have to say… I LOVE the difference. A soft wash of color that makes me feel more put together without having to constantly apply lipstick or tinted gloss. Especially as a busy mom and fitness instructor, I’m all about anything that makes me feel good with a little less effort. 😂

But it got me thinking about how much transforming ourselves from the inside out really matters.

Pilates has become such a beautiful part of that for me. It’s not just about how our bodies look—it’s about getting stronger, improving our posture, moving better, building confidence and learning to feel more connected to our bodies.

And then there are those little things we do on the outside that make us feel confident, feminine and put together.

I don’t think inner and outer beauty have to be separate. They work together.

Taking care of our bodies.
Taking care of our appearance.
Moving with intention.
Building strength.
Making time for ourselves.
Feeling confident in our own skin.

None of it is about becoming someone different.

It’s about becoming the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of ourselves—inside AND out.

And honestly? I’m here for all of it. 💋 And I have to give Veronica at @babelabofficial her flowers! She is truly a master of her craft. Her eye for symmetry, ability to beautifully enhance the natural shape of the lips, and talent for creating a custom color that complements your features is incredible.
