Because Independence Day is around the corner, thought of sharing something that can free my mind and soul. Three months of breaking down, building up, and unlearning. 💭

Love is still beautiful, the future is still bright, and the healing is real. If you see me smiling a little brighter these days, just know it was hard-earned. I deserve this peace. 🤍

Ever so grateful to @gnzstreetphotography for capturing these photos perfectly! I will definitely practice Zazen. 🥹

Couldn't think of any other day to post this video of my recent travel, perfectly captured by my bestie 🥹. My dad loves to guide me on my travels abroad. Like no fail, I'd always see a butterfly, moth, or bee, and it would land on my face or shoulder. Forever my protector. Love you always, Papa Ver. Happy Father's Day in heaven 🤍

Two years ago, I succumbed to depression. I lost one of the most important people in my life, my grandma. Just two months after moving to the UAE, I had a traumatic experience that made me question whether I should stay here. But someone reminded me that my dreams were bigger than my fears and that this journey would lead to something meaningful. And it did.

Living in the UAE taught me resilience. It took me to 13 countries I never had time to visit before, and most importantly, helped me achieve a long-time dream: earning a postgraduate degree.

Today, as I receive my MBA, I reflect on the times I cried within the four walls of my apartment, wanting to give up. I pushed through not just for myself, but for my family—the ones who inspire me every day.

I am deeply grateful to my family, besties, closest friends, business partner, colleagues, and clients who helped me navigate this chosen path. And to my dad and grandma, my guardian angels, I carry this achievement in my heart with you.

My 24-year-old self is happy today as she fulfilled two of her dreams: to live an independent life and send herself back to school. She's hungry for more. She's ready to soar. 🎓🙏✈️

As a morning person, I'll say yes to every breakfast date invitation. Always in love with the saadiyat beachfront view. 🤍

Back in Abu Dhabi after some time away and it was great to see how much Reem Island continues to grow.

I stopped by the newest Work Oasis location at Tamouh Tower, Marina Square. The space reflects what Work Oasis does best: a clean, light-filled, and thoughtfully designed environment that balances focus with collaboration.

Tamouh Tower itself is impressive 32 storeys, Grade A commercial tower with panoramic views, high ceilings, and modern amenities. Whether you're a freelancer, founder, or part of a growing team, it offers flexible desks, private offices, and fully equipped meeting rooms without the heavy overheads.

Revisiting spaces like this is a reminder of how the right environment can shape how we work and grow. If you're looking for a workspace in Abu Dhabi, highly recommend checking this location out @theworkoasis 🤍

Heavy on my fitness journey because in January last year, I told myself that I am my biggest investment.

I started running and counting calories to look good and feel good about myself. I was heavily stressed so running helped with my mental health, and seeing photos of myself from then versus now makes me proud of the progress I've made. To more Strava dates with myself (with asthma on the side lol). by @babes.writes

If you can't decide between coffee or alcohol, trust me when I say @artlounge.abudhabi inside the Louvre Abu Dhabi has the best of both worlds so far 😊 Always nice hanging out here with a view of the city skyline!

The pictures are giving naglilinis ng building. Nagbayad pa ako nang mahal charot. Kidding aside, happy to tick off two pending stunts on my bucket list before I enter law school. This trip might be one of my last long trips for a while, and looking back, I'm so happy I did all these fun travels while I was still young. Now, time to focus on something else and heed my calling.

In the UAE, I started a different version of me - empowered and fragile at the same time. I came back because this country helped me become tough through and through, and I'm forever grateful for it. 🤍

Afternoon high tea date with my girlfriends and a bit of trolling around PAN Home (a tourist spot in UAE 🤣). I love doing nothing and everything with you, besties! Let's do it again! 🤏🤍

After 3 rebooking attempts, I finally made it happen. The trio is back with a vengeance. Before the wifey and mommy era, there was us and this version will always stay with us. I love you both. 🤍
