I came here to slow down.

But somehow I always end up moving 🌀🌊

Hooping barefoot on the beach, feeling the sun on my skin and forgetting everything around me for a moment.

This is the feeling I want to bring into my little shop too.

More joy.
More colour.
More comfort.
More reminders to make space for yourself and the things that make you feel alive. ✨

Usually she is right.

But at German Hoop Convention, things are a little different 😏✨

A safe firespace.
Experienced people.
Safety equipment.
A beautiful community looking out for each other.

And suddenly playing with fire becomes an art form.

There is something magical about fire flow.
The crackling sound.
The warmth.
The focus it demands.
The way everything else disappears for a moment.

No phone.
No to do list.
No mental noise.

Just movement, breath and flames. 🔥🖤

Being able to explore, learn and play in an environment like this is something truly special.

Still not over this weekend ✨🌀
Full of love
Full of talent
Full of the kind of energy that stays with you long after you leave

I am so proud and grateful that I got to perform in the show 💛
Seeing incredible teachers like @hoopingmad @ohmega8 @raumkreise @mariloop_flow @hoopinmotion live was such a special moment

And honestly
Meeting so many amazing people in real life that I had only known from the internet before felt almost surreal

Suddenly names become hugs
Messages become real conversations
And this little online hoop world turns into something you can actually feel

And honestly
Nothing hits like this glow

Dark room
Music on
Hoop lighting up every move
It just feels different

Completely in my zone
Fully present
Every movement sharper
Every mistake visible
Every win even better 😏

And yes
One of my LED hoops is finally back alive
Hooray for more glow sessions 🔥

There is just something about LED flow
It turns practice into a whole experience
Like your own little universe in the dark

Hooping in boots ☀️🌀

Little flashback to last week in the mountains while waiting for my kids to finish their ski lessons.
Snow under my feet
Sun on my face
Ski boots on
Hoop in my hands

Not the most flexible outfit for flowing
But definitely one of the happiest moments.

Sometimes the best sessions happen in the most unexpected places
A sunny spot in the snow
A few quiet minutes while waiting
And suddenly it turns into pure joy and play.

Movement really does not need perfect conditions
Just a little space
A little music in your head
And the courage to start spinning.

When your kids steal your hoop
You steal their pool noodles 😅🌀

My daughter had the idea
Why not flow with these too
So while they were splashing in the pool
I turned pool noodles into my new flow toys

For a few minutes I was in my zone
Moving Fletcher style
Feeling creative
Feeling playful
Feeling like a kid again

And then of course
Suddenly the pool noodles were way more interesting than the pool
Because everything I touch instantly becomes the most exciting toy ever 😏✨

So in the end
I stood there with empty hands
Again
Story of my life as a flow mom 😂

Today we danced through Fasnacht with the Hoopies and GlowFlow ✨🌀
Our little group of beautiful humans brought so much color and movement into the parade
The kids had the best time
So many smiles
So much laughter
So much flow

Being part of the Bassersdorf carnival was pure joy
The energy of the people
The music
The chaos
The community
Everything just worked today

This was small but powerful
And it reminded me how much magic lives in moving together
Sharing joy in the streets
Letting our inner child dance out loud

Already dreaming of next year
Maybe a little bigger
Maybe even more glow
Who would join us next time 😍✨

Yay this was so much fun 💖
Had the best time at @flow.werk and went there completely spontaneous last minute
Best decision ever ✨

So many beautiful flomies
Good vibes
Cool music
Fun games
New connections
And today I am already feeling it in my muscles and my smile 😅🌀

So grateful for spaces like this where you can just be yourself, move freely and get inspired by each other
My head is full of new ideas and my body is full of happy soreness

All in one session.

While others sit around waiting
I turn waiting time into me time ✨

Sending some good vibes your way 💖✨ With my LED hoop, it’s the perfect little party in my living room — even the cat approves 🐱😄

Isn’t it amazing to feel the flow? To reconnect with your body again? Lately I’ve heard this so often: people wanting to truly reconnect with themselves. And it makes so much sense. As kids, we move, play, rest, and just are. But as adults, we mostly live in our heads, using our bodies only for function — and slowly we forget how good it feels to move freely.

We start thinking: “Oh, I can’t do that.”
And then… you pick up a simple plastic circle — and suddenly it’s “Oh wow, yes, I actually can!”

And that feeling? Pure magic ✨
