As my time in Europe is nearing its end, here’s just a brief glimpse into the memories forever etched into my soul, made SUPÈRE extra special with my true soul sister, travel companion, fellow “YES” girl and partier extraordinare @fallonswannfeast 💜

From scaring myself at my speed riding attempts 😂 to standing atop of puckering couloirs, followed by a few 4am dance parties, Falcor truly became a ride or die friend!! Lots (and lots) of turning around, going the “wrong” way, only to find out we were on the right path alllll along :)

Cheers to having known you many lifetimes prior, recognizing our bird calls as true adventure sisters in this lifetime, and more memories, lessons, and growth in the ones to comes ✨✨

Thank you Europe for delivering the goods!!!! We LOVE the alps and all the friends we met along the way!!

Todays hiking thoughts:

This time of year, working too much and playing too little, putting meditation and self care on the back burner, I really feel the imbalance, and my shadow work needing to be done seems to shine bright!

I’ve noticed myself getting agitated and triggered by people and circumstances that normally wouldn’t phase me. But recognizing this, I started laughing, realizing every moment and encounter is a learning experience, shining light on ways I can evolve and improve.

Even with a line of human marching ants, hiking up this mountain always helps relieve built up tension and put my heart and mind into a higher vibe place. Much gratitude ✨✨✨ taken in Highland Bowl by @babskiiii

It’s been one hellava summer here @aspensnowmass! Lots of adventures 😎, lots of laughs, lots of dancing 💃, lots of late nights, lots of early nights, and lots of time spent with some of my best friends and family 👯‍♀️ in the world! I cherish all the memories made with my whooole heart 💕 and excited for what this winter will bring!!

Back from the Grand and boy was it GRAND in every way!!! Really super special to spend a week down there with the whole fam - disconnecting from life to reconnect with life. Bday celebrations in Salida....I mean Crested Butte...were on fueeeeego!! Hiked, skinny dipped, danced, laughed, danced some more, laughed some more and had the most beautiful time with the most beautiful people!! Thank you all for the love! Trusting in the unknown, trusting that nature is always orchestrating what is best (even though it may only be seen in hindsight), and deeply loving my brothers and sisters of this world is how I strive to live. Raise your hand if your thoughts about this corona virus have changed pretty much every day... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Well, for me it has. Pretty much every single day. I went from not really being aware when it was big in Asia, to not being too concerned when it spread to us in the US to still brushing it off when it came to Aspen a few weeks ago. My thoughts on it still keep shifting every day but I know now that it is a BIG deal and I feel ashamed that I didn’t understand that right away. However, I think that it is a big deal in what it’s teaching us as a global society and me about myself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think it’s teaching the world and leaders of the countries to work together, share ideas and solutions, communicate in a productive and positive way. I think it’s showing us how to reconnect and have deeper relationships with our families and loved ones. I think it’s showing us very clearly that we’re all connected and there’s no separation between ethnicity, religious beliefs, wealth, race, gender - we are all one. I think it’s allowing Mother Earth to breathe and heal. I think it’s teaching us to be more mindful in life - what we do, what we say, what we touch...actually noticing how important touch and hugs and kisses are to us. I think it’s teaching us to slow down, stop chasing anything and everything and be present. I think as a whole - this is forcing the collective to evolve.

Things I’m working on that have been highlighted these past couple weeks - compassion, mindfulness, being more intentional in my actions and interactions. This life we’re living is a constant work in progress, an epic journey. We don’t know what the future holds.
