✅Uptown Fitness- Why put myself in a box?? I wasn’t just an athlete I was a 4-sport athlete. And I didn’t just participate I literally dominated every sport💪🏾👿 So that’s exactly what im going to do with this TRAINING SHIT‼️‼️‼️

✅Growing up Each sport taught me something different, but the lesson was always the same‼️ if you want to be seen, if you want to stay in position, if you want to reach the next level; the work has to match the dream.

✅I understand what coaches look for👀. I understand the grind it takes to get recruited, to stay ready, and to perform when it matters. That’s not theory for me — that’s experience.

✅But life taught me something deeper than sports ever could🥹

‼️It’s not enough to just want greatness. You have to know you want it. You have to become it through discipline, pressure, and repetition. You have to push past limits most people won’t even touch👿👿‼️

✅That’s what Uptown Fitness is about.‼️

💯It’s about building that dog in you — the drive, the hunger, the edge. But more importantly, it’s about control. Knowing when to release it, when to walk away, and when to attack.👿👿👿👿

❤️❤️I love you more than words can ever explain. From the moment you came into my life, you gave me a purpose bigger than myself. Everything I do, every step I take, is with you in mind.

🗣️I’m always going to push you not because you’re not enough, but because I see how great you can be. Work ethic is something no one can take from you. Talent comes and goes, but discipline, consistency, and the willingness to keep going when things get hard that’s what separates the good from the great.

🛑I don’t want you to be like me. I want you to be better than me. Smarter, stronger, more focused, and more successful in every way. And I’ll be right here, every step of the way, pushing you, guiding you, and believing in you even on the days you don’t believe in yourself.
