Out of Cafe Oto, Ormside and Spanners the collective is shaping a distinctive personal take of our present. ๐๐ข๐š๐ง๐œ๐š ๐’๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ is a musician with a background in contemporary and classical dance, whose performances combine movement and storytelling, within a distorted landscape of displacement, yearning and the undead. _27th Feb โ€ข Babylon 27 w/ Susu Laroche + res_ >>> limited tickets (๐Ÿ”— in bio) - powered by SynTripP sound-system @pischinger_sound Susu Laroche makes music like ritual. A filmmaker turned sonic conjurer, she builds performances that feel less like concerts and more like ceremonies โ€” where pounding hand-played rhythms, scorched electronics and her unmistakable voice collide in states of ecstatic release. res_ (fka, res_รฉs_nostre) is a sound art duo working at the intersection of electronic music, language and visual arts through a multidisciplinary, research-based practice. Their work delves deeply into the politics of soundโ€”its authorship, context and ecological implicationsโ€”and evolves from previous projects based on sampling, voice and field recordings.
