My Rdl form from 25lbs to 100lbs 🤌🏾

Remember it’s not about how much weight your lifting, form over weight always. Developing proper form for any exercise is key to begin seeing real growth and muscle gain

Are you someone who is still struggling with your form? Well I am still accepting clients for the month of April.

As your personal trainer I will teach you how to perform an exercise and practicing proper form techniques
