This how I’ll always see us—side by side, locked in, Big Bro and the youngin. Last night at your candlelight was beautiful, but it still don’t feel real that we were all standing there because you’re gone. I kept looking around wanting you to pull up and make sure everything was straight like you always did.

The love everybody showed proved what kind of man you were. Your name carries weight, and your presence can never be replaced. I’m gonna miss seeing you, hearing your voice, and knowing you were only one call away. This loss changed something in me forever.

Rest easy, Ansar. I got it from here, Big Bro. 🕯️🕊️

I still can’t believe I’m writing this. Last night/This morning I lost my big brother Ansar. You were so much more than Unlikely Connects, You genuinely believed in me, gave me opportunities, and helped me set bigger goals for myself.

I’m the youngin out the homies, and you always treated me like your little brother for real. Anytime I needed you—or anytime you just felt like you needed to be there—you showed up. Man i remember you wouldn’t even let me go outside at events by myself😂, You would come stand right beside me, and watch over me. protective, solid, and always looking out for the people you loved. I only wish I could’ve made sure you was still here.

I’m hurt, angry, and still trying to understand how you’re really gone. But every lesson you taught me, every door you opened, and every time you looked out for me like a little brother will stay with me forever. I’m going to keep pushing toward the goals you helped me see for myself and do everything I can to make you proud.

Rest easy, Big Bro Ansar. I love you, & the CITY LOVES YOU BROTHER! and I’m going to miss you more than words can explain. You got us hurt man, you got me hurt fasho🤦🏽. Your name, your love, and everything you did for me will never be forgotten.

WE HERE NOW. UC FOREVER. 🕊️💔 #Unlikelyconnects #LLA @unlikelyconnects by @babywill4684
