Life be lifing so don’t ever give up on yourself! Remember on this earth, we will always have problems so keep it going and push through! Same pants but different mind set! Hard work & discipline really pays off! To my gym family at @reggiecfitness @igrind_fitness @coach.qualls I am thankful for your guidance and encouragement. You guys made my fitness journey fun! I feel stronger and more confident because of you. Last but not least, I want to thank me for just showing up at the gym even when I don’t feel like it! To able to go back to a size 3 after 12 years and age backwards is amazing! 🙌🏽 Within a year I’ve lost 70 lbs! 🎉 Consistency & Discipline comes with timing. You deserve to feel good in your own body and proud of what it can do! Take control of your life! I did @reggiecfitness 90 days challenge just in case you want to add that to your New Year’s resolutions! It’s the community for me, real women supporting & motivating each other! 🫶🏽Let’s go 2026!
