Here is my man David Jones; father of Alex Jones !!!!! Alex reached out to me 5 weeks ago today about his dad who was immobile and stuck in bed most of the day after battling Lyme disease, then long covid and from that needed a Aortic Surgery that was results of the Lyme and covid together.

Davids system was stuck in fight or flight or what I would like to call Freeze mode. This is where the system has not found an optimal way to breathe and or move. The results are the cns trying to do anything to survive. This mode comes with extreme repercussions and consequences.

After 5 weeks of intense work, David is back to moving well and taking back life slowly and surely each week.

This is an incredible turnaround from not being to sot up off the bed or couch to doing the versa-climber and many other modalities.

David MF’N Jones is a bad mofo and Im glad to meet him and his amazing family during this time.

So much more life ahead for this man !!!!

More pictures from our day and night in Atlanta !!!! We saw this statue of a dog and immediately thought of our Lukie Bear back home. We check into the @intercon_buckhead_atl and spent some time in the pool and then R&R in the room while Brynn took a bubble bath and dad watched the Horns win another big game.

We then walked over to the @palmrestaurant to get a massive Lobster dinner and yummy dessert 🍨 🍮.

Afterwards; we explored Buckhead (outskirts of Atlanta) to walk off the food and went back to enjoy watching Texas A&M get slaughtered. Two weeks in a row they get crushed. It makes me so happy.

Now we wake up to multiple flight delays and are hanging around the hotel as we have a whole day since were delayed many hours. The joy of traveling.

All in all, this has been an incredible trip with my 10 year old Brynn Reaveley Bachik. Shes such a big girl these days and Ill cherish this trip forever.

Our goal together as we talked last night was to have a daddy daughter trip every year; Just the two of us. My answer was simple. DONE !!! Will make it a priority and it will happen.

Cheers to a great time in Augusta and Atlanta Georgia.

This conversation with @bachik_methods and @urbanrodriguez44 gets into something that could dramatically expand the impact of the work being done at @neuroreact : getting their methods in front of the people who can help scale them.

If these approaches are helping people recover from serious trauma, improve nervous-system function, regain mobility, and get their lives back, then more politicians, policymakers, veterans’ organizations, first-responder programs, and healthcare leaders need to know about it.

Great work only goes so far if the right people never hear about it. Building relationships with decision-makers could help open doors and get these methods in front of veterans, first responders, trauma patients, and others who may desperately need another option.

Brynn and I’s time in #augusta has come to an end. Early this morning we took a trip to my man Dr. Nathan Berner @berneruppercervical to get myself adjusted up in my upper cervical so I can be my best version of myself.

Dr. Berner is the best in the game for upper cervical and #neurological #disorders when it comes to C-1/2 #dysfunction and other medical anomalies.

Brynn and I then headed off to the outskirts of Atlanta in Buckhead for a fun dinner at the Palm tonight !!!!

Tomorrow we head back to Dallas to get ready for a great week.

Its was great to see you doc and thanks for always taking care of my neurological problems. 🤜🏻🤛🏻💪🏻

Sometimes progress isn’t glamorous.

After everything @urbanrodriguez44 went through, one of the first major breakthroughs he had while working with @bachik_methods and the team at @neuroreact was something most of us take completely for granted:

He learned how to shit again.

And for Urban, that was HUGE.

Because once his body started functioning properly again, he could finally begin eating real food, absorbing nutrients, rebuilding his strength, and taking another step toward getting his life back.

These are the parts of recovery people don’t always talk about—the basic functions that have to come back before the bigger victories are even possible.

Urban’s story is an incredible example of just how far the human body can come with the right treatment, the right people, and the determination to keep fighting.

A day in the life of Brynn and Ryan Bachik in Augusta Georgia!!!!

We started off with a golf cart down to the river for some fun and a swing with Uncle Mike !!!!

The golf cart died on us so we had to walk back and Brynn showed us her awesome gymnastics moves for some entertainment on the walk.

Later that day; we went to Augusta Country Club with my cousin Anna and her husband Wilson and their kiddos for some golf time and relaxation!!!!

It was a good day.

More to come today before we head to Atlanta tomorrow for our night before heading home to Dallas Sunday.

Having such a special time with my oldest daughter Brynn Reaveley Bachik !!! We took a daddy/daughter trip to Atlanta/Augusta Georgia to see family for a few days and hang in Atlanta together for a night where I can spoil my girl.

This little tot is one of the best things in my life. She makes me feel so loved and appreciated in this life. Shes my best friend, my heart, and my future architect!!!!

Her passion in life and for her Lord and Savior Jesus is so amazing to see.

Daddy is so proud of you Brynn and this trip will forever be engraved into my heart and soul.

Our girl KJ @woody.kj @coubowma was back with me @bachik_methods and the team @neuroreact in #dallas #texas !!!!

KJ still comes 1x a month in between her busy life with school and being a teenager. School is really keeping her busy and when there is free time; KJ and Courtney get work in with her body.

We had KJ for 2 days this time and it was to keep working on her standing with both legs staying locked out and keeping hyperextension down while working her lumbo pelvic control. As this cleans up; her torso get more stable helping KJ feel more comfortable with her hands free.

This is one of the few videos I took. We are using the band as a resistance to help load down her pelvis for extra stability. The band is also pulling anterior to help counterbalance her pelvic tilt. The Sanddune is there to prevent excessive hyperextension in her knees. The goal is to create an optimal standing environment with no hands for strength and endurance.

KJ is living life and working hard towards her goals and Im so dang proud of this girl. Shes a true rockstar. Keep being great KJ !!!!

We had a great time yesterday at the UT Southwestern Adaptive Sports Expo held @utarlington !!!

My wife and I @neuroreact were gold sponsors of the event to show support to all the adaptive athletes trying to find and or learn more about sports after #paralysis !!!!

It was amazing to see the community of #dfw come together to put on this amazing event!!!!

My kiddos loved being a part of the event. They got a chance to see and meet some people Mom and Dad work with.

Its important to support all areas of rehab and wellness in the #neurological space. We have been focused on getting out there to support wheelchair bodybuilding, basketball, triathlons and so many amazing adaptive sports.

My videos are mainly our 1-1 training but we do so much more behind the scenes.

It truly was a great day watching all these warriors play different sports and enjoy life after #paralysis.
