A + R popping in to say hello 🤍 Our spring season kicks off next month, and we thought it was the perfect time for a little headshot refresh. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ At Baciare, so much of what we do is rooted in connection—getting to know our couples, understanding what matters most to them, and building celebrations that feel personal, layered, and completely their own. So when it came to this branding shoot, it only felt right to bring that same energy… but with a little more of us in the frame. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A lot of laughs and definitely more outtakes than anything else—but the final gallery was perfection. Thank you so much for the lovely headshots @briannagracaweddings, we had so much fun with you! taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @baciareevents

Boston Weddings’ Best of Boston Weddings™ 2026 — Best Wedding Planner 🥂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Baciare was born right here in Boston, from a leap of faith. After years of building our own businesses independently, we chose to join forces from a shared belief that together we could create something stronger, more creative, and more beneficial for our clients. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This journey has been challenging at times, but building something meaningful in a city that values craft, history, and excellence has made every step worth it. The wins—both big and small—have been infinitely sweeter by each other’s side. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We’re so proud of what we’ve created as a small business in Boston, and deeply grateful for our clients, creative partners, and this community who continue to trust and support us. To be recognized among such an incredibly talented and thriving wedding industry here is an honor we don’t take lightly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you for cheering us on and for letting us do what we love in the city we’re so lucky to call home. This moment means the world to us—and we can’t wait to see what’s next! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cheers, Ashley & Renée . . . photography credits: cover image: @stephanieberensonphotography headshots: @anna.gianfrate #bestofboston #bestofbostonweddings #bostonwedding #bostonweddingplanner taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @baciareevents

From the first glass to the last detail, M + C’s cocktail hour was designed to make an impression. Guests were greeted with tray-passed Taittinger as they made their way through a candlelit foyer lined with lush florals and brass candelabras. Inside, a custom Negroni fountain, impressive raw bar, and dramatic escort wall created a cocktail hour that felt both indulgent and distinctly M + C. . . . Every great celebration starts with a vision. For M + C, it was one of refined elegance, rich tones, and a distinctly moody atmosphere. Fête Collection helped us translate that vision into a custom stationery suite that set the tone from the very first impression. . . . September at the Library just hits differently. ✨ For C + J, the Boston Public Library set the stage for a black-tie celebration that felt classic without feeling expected. Soft mauve, cream, and layers of green brought warmth to the Library’s iconic spaces, while lush hydrangea and thoughtful details carried the design from one room to the next. It was an evening layered with refined details, exceptional food & beverage and a packed dance floor. 🎷 . . . Officially introducing Mr. & Mrs. Geraci. 🤍 From the very beginning, these two knew exactly what they wanted: an elegant black-tie celebration that felt timeless, personal, and most importantly, really fun. And that’s exactly what September 12th was. After all the planning, meetings, decisions and many pretty details, getting to watch C + J simply enjoy their wedding day was the best part. These two were a dream to work with and even more fun to celebrate! Cheers to forever, C + J!🥂 . . .
