Would you believe me if I said we took only the items that could fit in our truck?
Yes- from family of 6.
And somehow we have just enough to start rebuilding our office space again - grateful is an understatement. ✨

You ever want something so bad, but once it presented itself you allowed fear to creep in?

The thought of moving over 1000 miles south did something to my nervous system. And not in the ways you may be thinking 🥴.

A week prior to relocating, so many thoughts of fear, doubt, and failure swarmed my mind causing my body to feel anxious; even changed my breathing 😮‍💨.

Instead of “running away” from it (a learned ego protecting safety mechanism I’ve ran on since a child), I sat with it.

I breathed through it.
Reassured myself of the TRUTH of the matter, and moved forward accordingly.

THE TRUTH is:
•I’ve been wanting to move for years
•My family and I LOVE Florida
•A place where we can get outdoors most of the years is great for our well-being
•We’ve outgrown Pennsylvania
•I’ve literally dreamed of this

And guess what?
The anxiousness didn’t just disappear immediately, but as I anchored my mind, controlled my breathing, and visualized the outcome I’ve always DREAMED ABOUT … the fear and doubt slowly began to dissipate.

Mama, when thoughts of fear or feelings of anxiousness clouds THE TRUTH …. KNOW that you have the power to see clear skies again.

Sometimes it just takes you to be aware and courageous (for a second) to get your footing again🫂.

What’s helped me this far : Faith+Action+Regulating My Nervous System (the best I can in the moment)✨
