The Energy of NYC on Marathon Day is something special! Last year I finished with a time of 05:35:02. This year, I knocked off over 38 minutes and ran 04:56:30. My squad traveled the Subways to cheer me on at Mile 4, Mile 8, Mile 16, Mile 21, & Mile 26! Life is Great and Only Getting Better. Already excited for next year’s NYC Marathon. Less than 1% of people run have ever run a marathon and I’m glad to be a part of the number. 2x MARATHONER Here‼️🦁🏃🏾‍♂️🏅✨

One of the greatest experiences of my life. My 22 Person Cheering Squad took the train to 4 different locations along the way to celebrate with me. Over 2 years of ups & downs, sweat & tears, discipline & preparation....asking if I was kidding myself on the days that training didn’t go well....but I kept reminding myself that what I once thought was impossible is very possible because All Things Are Possible. Moving things from the “To Do List” to my “Done List”. I AM A MARATHONER!!🏃🏾‍♂️🏅🦁🙌🏾
