Nocturne City eats patterns—Voss loops, Verge erasures, Spook’s missing hours, Bree’s replays, Nia’s splits, Viktor’s locks. The Scoundrel Club is the joke that survived the pattern: a bar that will not be a headquarters, a crew that will not be a team, a rule named after someone who forgets the rule.
They are not the opposite of heroes. They are the same hunger with the lighting turned down and the piano out of tune.
The neon still lies.

The keys are still broken.

The deck is still dealing.

Appearance

A lithe, athletic young woman of mixed Hispanic heritage with short curly brown hair streaked with neon accents, sharp freckled features, and intense dark eyes that flicker when her power activates. She has a strong parkour-and-track build and usually wears practical urban gear or a later-upgraded tech suit with a glowing wristband.

Powers / Capabilities

She can temporarily “notch up” one human attribute at a time (strength, speed, durability, senses, reflexes, etc.) to peak or superhuman levels for a short burst (usually 10–30 seconds).

Mechanics & Limitations

Only one attribute can be boosted at a time. Chaining notches too quickly causes heavy fatigue or temporary system backlash. The power is tied to her wristband tech (originally linked to Mr. Viral). Non-biological or purely energy-based targets are poor matches for her boosts.

Background / Origin

A competitive athlete sidelined by injury who caught Mr. Viral’s attention through a display of resilience. She received experimental wristband tech that fused with her during a feedback-related event, turning her into his protégé and a flexible support fighter for Backbone.

Role / Arc in the Universe

Clutch support and personal amplifier. She provides short, high-impact boosts that can turn fights, while her arc explores dependency on the tech, trust issues with Viral, and growing into her own independent strength.

Overuse risks wristband overload or personal burnout. She is most effective in short, decisive windows and less effective in prolonged battles that demand constant power. Add info in UI. Make an idle animation of the character in the photo standing idle rotating 360 degrees on a digital pedestal. Unreal engine style real life textures, skin, and dynamic lighting.
