Took my 5 years old bear hunting this week. She did a great job being quiet and sneaking up to 75 yds on this bear with me. She jumped pretty high when I shot but after was excited. It will be fun when she’s the one shooting.

Hunting with kids has its difficulty but it’s worth the effort.

The best gift is spending time with my family by @backcountry_ryan

Bear hunting has become a true family tradition. We love getting the kids involved in setting up the bait and experiencing the outdoors.

Threw out our best howls hoping for a miracle. No luck this time, but the chase is half the fun.

Can’t wait for next time

Counting down the days until spring bear season! Nothing beats the challenge of hauling heavy packs up a steep mountain.

Looking forward to getting some bear content for @cutritemobile

Spring’s still holding onto winter a little, but from what we have seen the elk are thriving and wintered well. Should be a great elk season in 2025!
