Big shout out to @blackwidowtg for the awesome dumbbell holders. I don’t review pretty much anything, but this is worth the time to talk about, and let people know how great the BWTG team is.

So, I’ve been struggling in using my Rogue adjustable dumbbells for overhead presses, bench presses, incline, decline...etc. Placing the dumbbelll sleeves on my thighs is painful. I can still manage without placing them on my thighs, but I feel like I’m risking an injury that could be avoided, especially that I press 100+ lbs.

I reached out to BWTG back in January, and with a little research, I found out that the dumbbell holders do NOT fit my Rogue dumbbell bumpers. BWTG went far and beyond, and changed their design to accomodate my bumpers. Just arrived today and are not short of awesome. Will be adjusting my workout schedule to try them out today. Will report back in the evening. Leaving you guys with some pics. @garagegymreviews by @backer86
