I’m a little past the official date because I took a couple months off social media, but this past February marked 6 years alcohol-free for me.

I still like to share it because it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Turns out being a “quitter” is actually pretty cool.

This year has really taught me a lot. The biggest take away being to slow the F down. I’m heading into the new year with more purpose and a clear path ahead. It’s funny how one small moment (getting rear ended on the highway) can truly change your entire perspective on life. I’m shedding things that no longer serve me.
