Apparently I took the scenic route through life 😂

Welll I was out here trying to life in order as I’m about to turn 40… when I got distracted by living in the moment.

But that’s ok because not every moment in life has to be so serious we can allow ourselves to have fun, enjoy the life we are living.

Because at the end of the day that is what makes life beautiful. It’s not how much you worked, how much money you saved, how many homes do you own.

Don’t you want to look back and think… WOW I lived a great life and have so many incredible memories.

So no I didn’t find a house, no I didn’t make a ton of extra income, no I didn’t post and didn’t gain many new followers. BUT I did share some incredible moments making memories with my family and friends.

Fun Times = Always a WIN!

The to-do list isn’t going anywhere… but neither is the fact that I get distracted by a good time 😂🍂

One minute I’m trying to get my life together, the next I’m having the time of my life acting like a kid with absolutely zero responsibilities.

Life got so serious I forgot...

What else are we forgetting? Where are we going wrong?

Life can be so overwhelming sometimes we completely forget who we are and what really matters. Yes there are things in life we should take seriously, but we can’t forget what makes life actually worth living.

I’ve taken a lot of detours to get here.

Moved away. Built a life. Started over. Got knocked down. Figured some things out. Got some things very wrong 😂

This has been continuous throughout my life…. And now I’m finally back where it all started, trying to build a life that actually feels like mine.

I definitely don’t have it all figured out.

But maybe that’s the point.

Well… this weekend definitely didn’t go according to the original plan 😂 😂😩
