Epicurean from upcoming brewery @backyardbrewing.co is a DDH Caribbean DIPA brewed with Cashmere, El Dorado, Galaxy, Mosaic ánd Sabro hops and infused with Caribbean dark navy rum. The hops used giving this hazy pour a nice bouquet of aroma's. Pineapple, orange and more tropical fruits besides some coconut (Sabro & rum). The rum infused in the beer doesn't give it a boozy, but more some kind of a deep layered taste to it, a bit more Caribbean vibes. SIP OF THE MONTH { english down below } Jaa, het was weer tijd voor een sip of the month en deze keer met Nature's Ratio van Backyard Brewing Afgelopen keer zat er in de foodybox van @kroonophetwerk milde curry & yoghurt munt saus een perfecte combinatie om curry chicken skewers te maken! Deze IPA van Backyard Brewing smaakt dan ook hoppig, fruitig en kruidig In combinatie met het eten komt de fruitigheid meer naar boven samen met de hoppigheid De milde curry blijft goed overeind staan en fris dankzij de yoghurt mint saus ---- Yes, it was time for another sip of the month, and this time it was Nature's Ratio from Backyard Brewing. Last time, @kroonophetwerk's foody box contained a mild curry and yogurt mint sauce—the perfect combination for making curry chicken skewers! This IPA from Backyard Brewing tastes hoppy, fruity, and spicy. When paired with the food, the fruitiness comes through more, along with the hoppiness. The mild curry stays strong and fresh thanks to the yogurt mint sauce. Earlier today I took the first photo in my own Backyard, which felt fitting for this month’s #sipofthemonth. Nature’s Ratio is brewed by @backyardbrewing.co (🇳🇱), a brewery that focuses on vegan-friendly and carbon-neutral brewing. Nature’s Ratio is an IPA brewed with Enigma, Citra, Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Barbe Rouge hops. In the glass, the beer shows an ocher color with a light haze. A fine, white head forms and holds up nicely. On the palate I get some fruit, but the resinous hop character clearly takes the lead. Overall the beer drinks soft and smooth, with a gentle mouthfeel that keeps everything nicely balanced. ABV: 6,3% #nix18 #sipofthemonth is a collaboration between @bieromaniac, @moon_loves_food, @debierguru, @hektiano, @yodas_beerhut and myself. Each month, we all “drink together” and review the same beer, everyone in their own way and style. We share our reviews at the beginning of every month. 👉 What’s something small you enjoyed today?
