London Backyard – The Last Dance | Solace Performance

Every journey has its final chapter. This is ours. 🎬

Four events. One incredible season. And now, it’s time for The Last Dance.

We’ve been alongside Lee & Loraine throughout the Backyard series, capturing every event, every moment and everything that made this season special. Now, as we reach the fourth and final instalment, we’re bringing the journey to a close with one last look back at the action, the atmosphere and the people who made it all happen.

From the first event to the final one, it’s been a privilege for us at Solace Performance to be there every step of the way, documenting the journey and telling the story through our lens.

A huge thank you to Lee & Loraine for having us involved throughout the season and for being part of something worth remembering.

This is more than just the end of a series. It’s a celebration of everything that came before it.

Four events. One journey. One final dance.

Thank you for watching, supporting and being part of it.

London Backyard Ultra 2026

Absolutely love this format. 6.7k on the hour, every hour until only 1 remains.

Here are the stats folks:
-108 miles/ 174k
-5th place/ 109
-3,868m elevation (equivalent of doing the 3 peaks and then some)
-16.2k calories burnt
-210k steps
-26 hours

A massive thank you to @backyardultra.uk who put on such a brilliant event and are a legendary bunch, to @miaaswain who was and always is the best crew I could ask for, I love you and to @claudiaaswain and @jamezy2k7 for coming to support, hero’s. Also a massive congratulations to @jackgoldyyy for being the Last Man Standing, what a worthy winner.

Let’s see what’s next. taken in London, United Kingdom by @backyardultra.uk

London Backyard Ultra. De assist in de race. Niet het resultaat waarvoor we kwamen. Dit is het begin en vanaf hier zullen we alleen maar bouwen. Tot de volgende wedstrijd.

London BYU ‘2026 ☔️
•
•
It was a wet one. It made this BYU a challenge from the moment each runner crossed the line. Maybe the battle commenced even before that.
•
•
I was only there to capture the opening loops, but each runner stepped up, took on the course, took on the weather and showed grit and determination on each loop I witnessed. This one wasn’t for the feint-hearted. Massive respect to every runner who showed up 💪
