I had to disassemble my @lego Great Wave set once to move and putting it back together provided an opportunity for a fresh video while attempting some new stop motion techniques. #lego #thegreatwave #art #stopmotion #afol by @baconsbricks

Happy minifig Monday! The newest addition to my minifig family brought to you by a traffic reroute coming home from IKEA put me next to @bostonbrickco and my ability to perform some serious girl math 😂😂. The price was right, the condition was amazing, and I needed a boost after my youngest chose the path of chaos through all of our IKEA adventure. I’m so happy to finally have my hand on of these.

Love doesn’t die in death and life doesn’t stop with death. Coffin of Roses by @supreowls is a great looking set, with the easiest light install I’ve ever done, and was a fun build. Unconventionally beautiful, sparking reflective thoughts on what it means to let go or let a part of yourself go.

Pantasy’s new Vacations line brought me to a Japanese Onsen. So many great details and beautiful scenery go into creating this snowy oasis that absolutely reinforces my desire to visit Japan one day!

As part of Amazon’s Prime days right now all their sets are on sale with this one being 20% off at $120. The set is 2,847 pieces, two instruction manuals, and four figures. Two guests, the Onsen owner, and a Geisha to bring all the spaces and scenes to life.

1) Triceratops are the best. B) I too would like to walk around always having the option to impale anyone who gets too close. 3) Never trust anyone who doesn’t have a favorite dinosaur.

No better shirt to wear while working on a new Pantasy set than the one they sent me to help celebrate their 6th anniversary 🎉🎉. Thanks for having me as part of the party!

Now it’s time to get to work on this stop motion in the makeshift studio (aka dining room) while my space falls victim to adult responsibilities (aka a basement plumbing upgrade) 🙄.
