This journey has taught me that you don’t have to wait until you reach your “goal” to love yourself.

I’ve learned to love me at every stage; before the weight came off, during the hard days, and now as I continue becoming the woman I know I’m capable of being.

No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just diet, exercise, consistency, discipline, and giving myself grace along the way.

The biggest transformation wasn’t just what happened to my body, it was changing my mindset and realizing that taking care of myself is an act of love, not punishment.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but even more proud that I learned to love myself while I was still becoming.

This is my journey. My pace. My body. My choice. And I’m just getting started.
