Another year around the sun.✨🎂

This year asked a lot of me…and somehow gave me even more. I’ve been challenged, pushed, changed, and reminded of what I’m capable of.

I’m learning that becoming the man you want to be doesn’t mean you weren’t already enough. Sometimes it just means having the courage to grow into everything that was already inside you.

“The work never stops.”

6 months on The Pitt Season 2, and I finally understand what that slogan really means.

It’s not just long days or early call times.
It’s the moments that don’t make it on screen
The friendships you didn’t expect to find.
The stories that start to feel a little too real… because for someone out there, they are.

The work is showing up when you’re tired.
It’s trusting the people next to you.
It’s carrying pieces of every moment with you long after “cut.”

We tell stories—but those stories come from real lives, real pain, real healing. And being part of that? That stays with you.

Grateful for every second, every lesson, every one of you who made this what it was.
