This weekend marks my return to the Elmwood stage for the first time since 2014*. I'll be in one of eight fantastic one-act plays, all of them very well crafted. It's been a rewarding experience working on this with dear friends. We have 4 performances from Friday-Sunday. Ticket info in comments.

*We were in the round when we performed Step in 2021 so TECHNICALLY I wasn't on the stage. taken in Elmwood Playhouse by @badcaseofserpes

I have two children's theatre gigs this morning then performing in this hilarious play tonight and Sunday afternoon! It's been a blast diving into a play again for my first time in years and always so rewarding to perform a new original piece. Ticket link in my story! taken in Teatro LATEA by @badcaseofserpes

Belated #internationaldanceday and because I realized I never put this on Instagram. Taken from an idea I had during lockdown, in April of 2022, @nicole.pascaretta and I created and choreographed this dance piece about my mental health as part of @youarenotalonecomedy's show.

Despite growing up performing in musicals, dance is the performing art form that I'm least comfortable with/experienced in. Which will become very apparent 10 seconds in.

This is part one of the "Dancing with my Demons" series. "Lovely"

#latergram of the trip I took to the @jackkirbymuseum pop-up exhibit a couple of weeks ago. The staff were so friendly and there was so much art to check out. It was a great display of his range. Perfectly named: from the Ghetto to the Cosmos. Jack Kirby's talent and contributions to the comics medium needs more space than I have here. But here's a fun piece of Kirby trivia you won't get anywhere else: The King and I were both born on August 28th! by @badcaseofserpes

Spooky Doings returns to the @youngethels stage. For a minimum of 2 drinks you can see our talented cast improvise scenes inspired by true #scarystories. We’re also bringing from new blood to the show. Hope they survive the experience.

Two years ago I wrote my first ever song. I've performed it live 4 times over the years and today I finally DID THE THING and went to the GORGEOUS @suiteteastudio to work with the LEGEND @douglaswidick to lay it down. Doug is an absolute pro. Hire👏🏻this👏🏻man👏🏻.

Happy Father's Day to ME.

Full version!
As part of @youarenotalonecomedy's 10th anniversary, Emily and I performed an original dance piece about my oldest "dance partner," self-sabotage on November 24th at the @magnettheater. This piece then inspired improv comedy from our hilarious team.
