I have a song coming out Nov. 21st called “Oregon Coast” and I wrote it 2 years ago today, the day I stopped drinking. You can pre-save the sound of that rock bottom moment at the link in my bio.

I’m so grateful, proud, and happy. 2 years of clarity, feeling everything (the good is worth the bad), and learning to trust myself again. Thank you all you angels who support me and encourage me and still want to hang out with me even though I’m an alien.
