What a achievement running the @great_run half marathon 🤍

I want to shout out the best running partner @lauren_sinead she is a super star (putting up with all my moaning).
I don’t think I could have got through it without her. Encouraging me all the way.
Loz you’re such an inspiration🤍
Sorry I slowed you down at the end 😩

Being able to run this infront of my kids ment everything.
Hendrix told me I’m his inspiration and he wants to run a half marathon one day 🥲

And to all my RUNNER GIRLS just get out and run!!
This started as something I wanted to do for my mind, a bit of bants with my bestie Rhe while doing a lil cardio anddd look at me now I JUST RAN A HALF MARATHON!!!

The only competition is YOURSELF 🤛🏽🤞🏽

When I stopped playing basketball two years ago it was because I didn’t feel like I was being the best mum because I was so wrapped up in the game, I was struggling with balancing the two. Today was my first game in two years and the fact that this is my sons reaction when I scored a free throw makes my heart so happy!! I have actually dreamt of this day since playing with him in my belly. Ladies when you become a mother it doesn’t make you any less of the women you once was. I know when I became a mother I felt like I totally lost myself I didn’t know who Lauren was any more and I struggled with this a lot. But I have realised becoming a mum has just added to my dopeness!! Mothers are MAGIC...and don’t you ever forget that 🙌🏽✨ by @badgyallo_
