IT’S A PAGEANT, IT’S A PARTY AND IT’S BIG PUTA ENERGY🙀👗

We want to celebrate Queer Filipinx 🏳️‍🌈🇵🇭excellence by bringing you something so authentically Pinoy. Queer pageantry has been deeply rooted amongst the Filipinx culture for generations, it’s no wonder why we always win Miss Universe 💅

Come and be a part of Queer Filipinx culture at The Red Rattller, Marrickville, where we will crown the first ever ‘Miss Bading’ 👑 and SAYAW (dance) THE NIGHT AWAY 🕺💃🏻🪩

Brought to you by, Queer Pinoys, with a full Queer Pinoy line up of performers and DJs. 👟

To our dearest Badings, after much consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to continue Bading Thing.
As the founders’ careers and personal commitments have grown, we are no longer able to dedicate the time and energy needed to sustain the event in the way it deserves.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported Bading Thing, attended our event, shared our vision, and helped build such a vibrant community. What began as an idea became something truly special because of you all.
While this chapter is coming to a close, the first Bading Thing will forever remain a collective memory for the Filipino-Australian diaspora in Sydney. A celebration of queer Filipino culture, connection, and community that we will always cherish.
Maraming salamat for being part of the journey. by @bading.thing
