Some sounds don’t just remind you of where you came from… they become a part of who you become.

I grew up listening to the legendary Sir Ebenezer Obey @ebenezerobeymfr . Years later, that sound found its way into my own story.

It started with me falling in love with Ruger’s @rugerofficial “Jonzing Boy” instrumental by Kukuru Beat @kukbeatz . I went back to a sound that had lived with me since childhood — “The Horse, The Man & The Son” by Sir Ebenezer Obey — and somewhere between the old and the new, CHOKI was born.

But CHOKI is more than a song.

It’s for the young ones who are judged by their struggle, stereotyped, underestimated and misunderstood… until their breakthrough becomes impossible to ignore.

From prejudice to proof.
From struggle to breakthrough.

This is a piece of my childhood. A piece of my journey. A piece of the new generation.

CHOKI — COMING SOON. 🐎🔥
