This weekend, we are back @crossroadscatcafe for the YEAH! Youth Open Mic! Join us for a morning of talents and laughs, kitty cats and snacks!

If you know an awesome young person who would like to try taking the stage and sharing their voice, bring them along. Youth ages 20 and under are welcome to show up day-of or sign up to perform at yeahrocks.org/openmic to let us know you're coming ahead of time!

*NEW* this month!: We will now be taking non-perishable food donations for @sangtuarynashville food bank.

Plus! All purchases at the cafe go to support Crossroads' mission to deliver job training in pet-related careers, income-based housing, and intensive support services for young adults facing barriers to housing and employment, and adopting unwanted dogs and cats into "forever homes."

See you Sunday at Crossroads Cat Cafe! by @badnashville

Earlier this month, the Cumberland River Compact partnered with volunteers from @garneyconstruction for another monumental depave project in North Nashville! 6,751 square feet of asphalt was removed from a Buchanan Street parking lot and will soon be replaced with native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. This new green space will provide relief from the summer heat, absorb stormwater, and create wildlife habitat in an asphalt-dominated area of the city.

Want to be part of the next steps? Join the Compact to volunteer and install native plants at three North Nashville depave sites - including this one - on September 26th from 1-4 PM! This opportunity is open to the public and suitable for all ages; learn more and sign up today at the link in our bio.

Thank you to our project partners and supporters for making this work possible! Garney is an employee-owned company and long-term supporter of the Compact. They contributed financial support and skilled volunteer hours that allowed this project to move from concept to reality. This project was also supported by the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation through an American Rescue Plan grant.

LETS BLOOM AGAIN💐🌼🖼️🎨

May 23rd. Same place. More art, more love, more smiles.

Thank you to every single person who came out to the first one and made it feel so special. The energy, the conversations, the support, the community all of it meant the world to us honestly. We hope to see all your faces again in two weeks as we continue building something beautiful together.

The UP/CYCLE market last month was the best. THANK YOU to everyone who participated & came out. Special shout out to @slimandhuskys for providing 🍕🍕🍕for the community ❤️🔥 CAN’T WAIT for the next one tomorrow: Buchanan Arts District Farmers Market 10am-1pm at 2107 Buchanan Street, see you there❣️ by @badnashville

Bloom is what happens when pressure meets purpose and something real decides to grow anyway. For an artist blooming isn’t soft. It’s apart of survival, elevation and turning struggle into something the world can’t ignore.

Why not Us?

An art crawl by Us, for Us rooted in community and creativity.
This kind of love will build something lasting. I’m calling on artists, vendors and visionaries who want to be part of this experience.

If you’ve got something to bring, this is your invitation.

Come grow with Us.
