Electric Elegy

Flying Squirrel
This was my most popular Needlework Marketplace pattern and well, I know why. It's because of that cute face. And that rainbow. We have that in common, we love cutiefaces and bright colors!

This is definitely a low-key Pride pattern, too. Or you can stitch the candypop elements with you favorite fancy floss. You do you. I can't wait to see!

I wanted to design a bird that migrates to Coastal Georgia, called the Piping Plover! They live on shorelines, especially here in the sand dunes, which are protected areas. They forage for invertebrates and have these cute little legs that go dootdootdoot! As of 2020, the population is estimated to be around 8,400 piping plovers.
