Thrilled to be part of ADX Fest, a regionwide art and design festival celebrating Portland’s creative independents! I’m joining the fun with this month’s Pints & Palettes watercolor class at @baerlicbrewing Alberta on Wed, 10/21. This Pizza Protects Farmland 🍕 🌾

This fall, we’re partnering with @ranchpdx for a very special, limited-edition Cheers to the Land pizza, available at their SE 11th location starting today!

Celebrating locally-grown ingredients from across Oregon and the PNW, this pizza features @carmanranch beef braised in @unionwinecompany Underwood Pinot, topped with cremini and oyster mushrooms.

Proceeds from every pie goes towards our work to keep farmers farming, and ranchers ranching.

Pair it with our Cheers to the Land beer from @baerlicbrewing and enjoy some good eats, for a good cause! by @baerlicbrewing

There's no pizza without farmland🍕

For this year's Cheers to the Land campaign, @baerlicbrewing and @ranchpdx teamed up with @oregonagtrust to create a limited edition beer and pizza combo!

Both are made with Oregon-grown ingredients and help protect farmland conservation efforts across Oregon🌱

One our newer Light Lagers in rotation, a perfect showcase for the Lorien Hops from @indiehops. Crisp and Clean with layers of Lemon-Lime, Honeydew Melon, and Spring Flowers upfront and present. A very refreshing choice this Fresh Hop Season.

NEVER FRESH’R Pale Ale W/ FRESH LUMINOSA
More @indiehops magic showcased here in our West Coast Pale Ale. Peachy notes combine with Tropical notes of Guava and Papaya with subtle undertones of Wild berries and citrus peel.

STAY FRESH W/ FRESH SIMCOE
This one hits you right in the feels. All the notes we love about West Coast IPA’s turned up with a firm, fresh kick! Grapefruit, Pine, and allium all hit you up front, but dont forget about the underlying beautiful fruitier notes of Passionfruit and Stonefruit.

Louder Records @baerlicbrewing lives inside Baerlic Brewing's SE Portland taproom, next to a wood-fired pizza kitchen and a room-sized beer garden. The shop keeps about 150 titles at a time — thoughtfully curated for the crowd that loves the beer. Fridays here are called Denim Vest Fridays. Sometimes DJs come in. It's all part of a stubbornly independent, punk-rock approach that Baerlic has run on since 2014.

FRESH HOP SEASON IS IN FULL EFFECT!

We have been up and down this beautiful valley collecting hops from @colemanagriculture and Goshie Farms the last couple weeks. And now, it’s time to start enjoy the fruits of our labor.

FRESH NOISE West Coast IPA w/ Fresh Centennial Hops is NOW ON TAP.
Harvested from Goshie Farms, this crop of Centennials are Chalked full of Wild Berries, Bright Citrus, & a Fresh Flowery Bouquet to get you warmed up for a hop harvest season for the ages. 10 More coming down the pipeline folks, buckle up!

Another Japan Collab is BACK!

We worked with our friends at @totopiabrewery outside Nagoya, Japan just under a year ago to create a unique and flavorful IPA. With PNW Grown Dolcita, NZ grown Riwaka and some new age flair with Columbus Cryo Hop in the mix, we created something truly spectacular. Flavors of Tropical Stone Fruit, Grapefruit, Peach Ring candy, with a touch of creamy coconut. Nothing to be scared of, just give it a chance!

Thanks to Eugene at @totopiabrewery for running this collab back on their recent visit for the Fuji to Hood Beer Festival last month. Great to work alongside you again!

@fuji2hood is TOMORROW! 🎉🎉

We are always so excited for this ultimate collaboration between our 2 beer loving communities.  This year, our friends come to the PNW.  We have teamed up with @groundtap_brewery out of Saijo City on Shikoku Island to celebrate 2 things we both hold dear. Local Produce and Pristine Tap Water. ✨✨✨

Grown on the island of Shikoku, the Mishokan fruit is a local favorite of our friends at Groudtap.  This large, luscious fruit is unable to make the journey to the PNW, so we are putting together a blend of Blood Orange and Satsuma citrus to emulate the Grapefruit-like flavor the Mishokan is known for.

The island of Shikoku is also known for its Uchinuki, or Spring Water, which our friends at Groudtap use for all of their beer making.

To honor thier local spring and the fruit additions we chose to brew a unique, but suitable, Modern Saison with none other than Bull Run Water.
