SVNT x BAESIDE HOT — a little Pilates + Glow reset this Sunday, 4 October ❤️‍🔥

30 mins of Pilates, followed by 15 mins to switch off in your SVNT LED mask, then cold towels, electrolytes + refreshments after class.

We’re doing a little Sunday reset with movement, LED, goodies + all the nice little extras.

On arrival, everyone will receive a goodie bag with:

The magic is you ✨

A little reminder to stay in your own lane, trust your own timing and keep showing up for yourself.

There will always be noise. Opinions, comparison, pressure, people doing things differently to you. But none of that changes what’s meant for you.

Your journey doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. You don’t need to move faster, be further ahead or have everything figured out. You just need to keep choosing yourself, backing yourself and putting your energy into the life you’re building.

The less time we spend looking sideways, the more space we create to grow.

Keep going. Keep becoming. Keep doing the things that make you feel strong, grounded and like you.

At the end of the day, the magic was never somewhere else.
