Returning to @citifield on Sunday, November 15th, 25 acclaimed bagel shops from five countries, will gather in New York to compete for the most coveted title in the bagel industry: Best Bagel. With over 100 applications, and an acceptance rate of just under 9%, the stage is set for the fiercest battle we’ve ever seen 💪

Whether they’re hand-rolled, wood-fired, kettle-boiled, or pushing the boundaries of tradition, each exhibitor shares one thing in common: they’re at the top of their game. Tickets start at just $69, and include unlimited sampling, industry expert panels, and the chance to vote for your favorite bite 🥯

Our proprietary process starts with our passion to be the best followed by our acclaimed dough recipe which is the catalyst for taste and includes a boil in our top-secret water formulation that was designed to deliver an amazing culinary experience. 4 years later, Inglorious Bagels serves thousands of bagel lovers, foodies, and hungry families each month – offering our award-winning bagels with schmears, as sandwiches, and paired with quality coffee and smoothies. Inglorious Bagels is in the process of opening two additional locations in San Diego County by the Spring of 2027.

🏆 Dutchman’s Wood Fired Bagels started as a pop-up on a Sunday in November 2022. We made 150 bagels and opened the doors to a line down the hall, and the rest is history. We bake a NY-ish style bagel in a wood fired oven with the leftover heat from the night before.

🏆 Emerald City Bagels is a mother and daughter owned bagel shop specializing in traditional, kettle boiled bagels and a wide selection of cream cheeses. They started in a shared kitchen in 2014, selling bagels from roadside stands while growing a wholesale business that supplied Atlanta’s best coffee shops and cafes. During these years, word started to spread about this scrappy bagel pop-up and Emerald City started winning their first “best of” awards from local publications. They opened their first bagel shop in July of 2018 and were featured in Bon Appetit magazine for the first time that same year. Bon Appetit came calling again in June of 2023 when they were featured in the “Best Bagels Outside of New York” list. In 2024, they opened their second shop along the Atlanta Beltline East Side trail.
