Efes’te resim yapmak bi’ süredir hayalimdi 🎨 ama suluboya yapmak yasakmış🎨 üzüldüm ama gerçekten mantıklı. Suluboya suyla akıp giden bir yapıda olsada diğer boyalar, markerlar maalesef küçük bir dikkatsizlikte kalıcı zarar verebilir. Güvenlik beni görünce kibarca uyardı ve çizim yapabileceğimi söyledi 😌 aklınızda olsun boyalarınızla ve tripodla Efes’e gitmeyin. Tripod neden yasak inanın bilmiyorum uyarı levhalarında gördüm 🙈

I’ve been dreaming of painting in Ephesus for a while now 🎨, but it turns out watercolor is not allowed. I was a little disappointed at first, but honestly, it makes perfect sense. Even though watercolor can be washed away with water, other paints and markers could permanently damage this incredible historical site with just one small mistake.

The security staff kindly approached me, explained the rule, and said I was welcome to sketch instead 😌 Just a little tip if you’re planning to visit: don’t bring your paints or a tripod to Ephesus. As for why tripods are prohibited… I honestly have no idea—I just saw it on the warning signs. 🙈

For a lobster to grow, it must first break the old, tight shell that confines it. Transformation is rarely comfortable, but it is the only way to reach a stronger version of oneself. 🦞✨ The story behind this painting captures exactly that journey of transformation.

Günlerce süren emeğin, detayların ve renklerin nihayet koruma altına alındığı o an. Vernik döküldükçe ıstakozun renklerinin nasıl parladığına bakın! 🦞❤️
The exact moment where days of hard work, details, and colors are finally protected. Watch how the lobster’s colors pop as the varnish pours! 🦞❤️
