I am never surprised anymore, but I am quite freaked out. I was home, alone, all day yesterday. I was thinking about 2 outlets in our home which aren’t usable because each is in a location that has either a cabinet door that must open fully (our pantry with slide-out drawers) or is behind the big sliding barn door in our bedroom. Off and on I would think about it, but never sat down to see what I could find online.
Then, I woke up to this ad on FB today… by @bahgswan

Halloween 1971 - I’m the witch with the wax nose my mom made. She created the costume by using o e of her aprons and taping a scary cat on it. Greg Boggs is the skeleton.
Halloween 1972- I was a gypsy, a costume my mom, Sue Gilmore Thornton, helped make from her clothes and jewelry. by @bahgswan

We have lived in Dillon for 3 1/2 years and woke up to probably the deepest snow since living here. Seems to be at least 8-9 inches!
I love snow.
As a kid, I hoped for snow days so schools would close.
As a teacher for 33 years, I hoped for snow days so schools would close.
As a member of the senior citizen crowd, I hope for snow days because they feel they give us permission to cook up some soup, enjoy some hot coffee, to work on an indoor project, and to move through the world at a slower pace. by @bahgswan

And so, it begins. Heaters are on, gardens are asleep, RV trailers are winterized, sprinkler systems are all blown out, vehicles get their winter emergency gear stocked back up, and both dogs are sleeping under blankets tonight.
Tomorrow I’m going to make soup and bake some gf bread.

I think he should be considered for an Oscar. Even though the movie was from 2017, he should win. Harry Dean Stanton played a perfect role. Even watched it twice… by @bahgswan
