Wearing our newly released @wonderlooper Azuma Knit Afterhood in Oatmeal, paired with 1960's Australian Army pants for a cozy, relaxed fit.

We made the Afterhood in collaboration with our good friend @theironsnail, and you guys really showed up for this one. Most of the stock was gone within the first few minutes, and the rest disappeared within 24 hours.

That said... we MIGHT have a small restock coming this weekend. Make sure you’re subscribed to the Wonder Looper newsletter so you don’t miss it.

It’s still a little too warm here in Japan to wear the Afterhood every day, but with the AC blasting in our office, it makes for a pretty perfect combination. :)

Finishing everything off with thick-rimmed @effector_eyewear glasses, a @seikowatchjapan Prospex (I say PRX in the video, pretty sure it’s a Prospex, somebody correct me if I’m wrong), and @chamulabymegco moccasins.

Just a comfortable, relaxed, fit that's ready for fall.

@risaitogram breaking down how we coordinated our fits leaning into that couple style with matching @wonderlooper Burgundy Super Looper Tsuriami French Terry sweatshirts along with similar knit caps and trousers, and finishing it off with matching Nike Cortez sneakers.

Sometimes it’s not about wearing the exact same thing (sometimes it is) it’s about aligning on tone, texture, and silhouette. In this case, we went all in. by @bahzadt

I know it’s been a while since I posted a fit pic—and yes, I’ll get back to it. But first, I had to share my first experience using Image to Video AI, and holy jeez… I mean, yeah, it’s obvious it looks like AI, but still, it’s pretty damn impressive. I can only imagine what this will look like in 5 or 10 years. by @bahzadt

What I’m Wearing Today
Keeping me warm is my trusty @schottnyc B-3 Bomber jacket. I’ve been a huge fan of this piece for years—it’s not just stylish, but incredibly well-made. For what it offers, I think it’s very reasonably priced. Compare it to what "luxury" brands charge (3-4x the price for similar items), and you’ll see why the Schott B-3 stands out. They’re the originators of this jacket, and the quality and heritage are unmatched. Why anyone would choose something from a trendy brand instead truly baffles me. If you’re savvy, you can even find well-worn, second-hand gems at great prices. My wife has one, several friends do too—it’s a jacket that comes highly recommended. Beyond style, it’s incredibly warm; the heavyweight shearling is no joke and makes it a true buy-it-for-life piece—and probably something you’ll hand down one day too.
Underneath, I’m wearing the @wonderlooper FoxFibre® crewneck in grey. The warm tone of the FoxFibre® cotton pairs perfectly with the jacket, creating a cozy and cohesive look. Combined with my vintage Australian Army pants, it gives off a classic military vibe that I love.
On my wrist is another favorite from my @gshock_casio_official collection—a piece from the 35th Anniversary lineup. Made in Japan with a screwback construction, it features a honeycomb LCD display and gold accents. It’s everything I look for in a G-Shock: durable, functional, and beautifully designed.
Finally, the boots: my well-loved @yuketenbymegco Maine Guide Boots. This is one of their classic silhouettes and has been in my collection for over 12 years. It continues to impress me, having stood up to countless Canadian winters, proving its durability and craftsmanship time and time again. by @bahzadt

What I’m Wearing Today
It’s cold out there, so I’ve been layering up to stay warm. I used to have a bunch of down jackets, but I’ve outgrown them just enough that they’re too tight to wear now. It’s that pesky “second puberty” no one warns you about, where middle age sneaks up and adds some extra weight. I’m sure I’m not the only one… right?

Anyway, today’s outfit is built around this vintage Lee Stormrider Blanket-Lined denim jacket. I don’t remember exactly when I picked it up, but I’ve been enjoying it off and on during the cooler months. There are no care or content labels left, so I’m not entirely sure what it’s made of—probably a wool/cotton/rayon blend, which was common in jackets like this. Needless to say, it’s very warm, especially when layered right. Today, I’ve paired it with a @wonderlooper Super Looper French Terry and a Double Heavyweight T-shirt—I’m feeling pretty bulky up top, but it’s cozy.

On the bottom, I’m wearing these 1960s Australian Army pants that I’ve been living in since I got them earlier this fall. They’re incredibly comfortable, wide-legged, and durable as heck—though denim is definitely better at protecting my legs from my cats’ claws. For shoes, I’ve got on some old Converse x Nigel Cabourn sneakers. I absolutely love these—they’re one of my favorite Converse collaborations ever. I wish I had 10 pairs. Unfortunately, the rubber is starting to get brittle, so I’m not sure how much longer they’ll last. But when the time comes, I’ll definitely repair them.

The watch is another Casio G-Shock, this one made of carbon fiber, so it’s extremely lightweight. It’s so light it almost feels like wearing nothing at all (nothing at all…).

Oh, and one last thing: one of the joys of vintage clothing is discovering little surprises from its past life. Inside this jacket, there’s a small label stitched in with a cross—or maybe a lowercase “t”? I’m not sure. Could it have been a parent’s way of labeling a child’s jacket? But then again, this is a men’s size, so that doesn’t quite make sense. What do you think? by @bahzadt

What I’m Wearing Today
Today’s outfit is built around this 1990s-era Canadian military Tank Jacket. Years ago, I spotted one online being sold for an outrageous price on a vintage reseller website. Determined to find it for much less, I eventually tracked one down on a regular army surplus site. When it arrived, it was basically unworn—a huge plus. While I love the character of well-worn items, there’s something special about discovering vintage deadstock that you can wear and enjoy. That said, sometimes you find pieces so pristine you hesitate to wear them, wanting to preserve their untouched condition.
I did plan to wear this jacket, but honestly, it hasn’t seen much use since I work from home so often. Lately, though, I’ve been venturing out more, and dressing for the weather has become a regular thing again. This jacket doesn’t disappoint—it’s rated for -30°C and built like a tank (quite literally, since it was designed to be worn in tanks!).
The rest of the outfit stays in line with warm, earthy tones. I’ve got my trusty @nakedandfamousdenim Dirty Fade True Guys and the @wonderlooper Fleeced FoxFibre® Pullover Hoodie. Two new additions to the mix are a 1996 Casio MR-G Titanium G-Shock, with gold accents that tie in nicely with the brass zippers on the jacket, and a pair of Asics from a collaboration with Japanese brand Nonnative. Made with Gore-Tex, these sneakers combine earthy tones, weather resistance, and serious comfort—perfect for outdoor wear.

Today’s outfit is all about staying cozy. The temperatures are starting to drop here in Japan—not quite as cold as Canada, but you really need to dress warmly since you don’t get heat blasting at every turn.

On top, I’m wearing my In Situ Watch Cap from our good friends at @gerhardsupply. I picked this up on our recent trip to Toronto, where we held our first-ever @wonderlooper event. It was such a great turnout, and it was amazing to see so many people decked out in our products.

For the body, I’ve got on my Super Looper French Terry Wonder Looper Pullover Hoodie, layered with a fleeced jacket from @kapitalglobal —the blue accents pair perfectly, and the fleece keeps me extra warm.

The jeans are my True Guy Dirty Fade Selvedge from @nakedandfamousdenim. These have been worn for over a year now and are fading beautifully. I’ve got quite the phone fade going, and since I recently switched to a smaller phone, I’m curious to see how it’ll affect the fade pattern.

On my feet are the ultra-comfy @nike Vomero with blue and brown details that tie the whole outfit together.
