Best weekend ever! Friday night we went to the Swiftie popup bars, Saturday morning we had a Concert Day breakfast all decorated, and Saturday night we experienced the best night of our lives!!! It was an experience from the outfits, to trading bracelets, to the chants, to reliving 17 years in 3.5 hours 💗. If you’re in the Denver area please add Brewability to your list of places to visit! It’s a brewery and pizzeria that employs adults with disabilities. It’s owned and operated by a mom - and she’s thought of EVERYTHING to ensure EVERYONE feels welcome, safe, and loved. From the headphones, to the sensory corner, to all the pampering products and providing her personal number in the women’s restroom (in case you find yourself in unsafe situation). They also have a resident therapy fur baby! by @baileameeks

Today I marched for freedom and for choice! This goes beyond abortion. I marched for:

👏🏼Women’s healthcare
👏🏼Reproductive justice
👏🏼 RACIAL AND CLASS EQUALITY
👏🏼The option to use IVF
👏🏼 Access to contraceptives
👏🏼 THE EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN - Education and Pay equality!!!!!!!!

On the final day of Suicide Prevention Week, I’d like to remind us all that suicide prevention is more then just a day, a week, or a month- it’s every single day.

It’s everyone’s job to eliminate.

When we have people who want to leave this world, we have to double down and change the world - not offer more coping skills 🗣.

Suicide prevention is the way I vote. Suicide prevention is how I support businesses. Suicide prevention is how I donate my time and resources. Suicide prevention is how I live and interact with others.
