Owed it to myself. ❤️🦾

Words can not even begin to explain the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that this prep has brought upon me.

I competed in 2023, decided that I had to prioritize other things, and that the stage would always be there when I was ready. In November, when I decided to enter prep again, I told myself that this prep would be different. That I was going to give it my everything, which came with more sacrifice than I anticipated. To passing on date nights, hanging out with friends and family, and putting prep above everything. This sport has taught me so much gratitude, discipline, and overall confidence that I can do hard things.

Thank you to my loving boyfriend for being patient, kind, understanding, and endlessly supportive on days that I felt like giving up, on big celebrations that consisted of just my meal prep and a movie, and always reminding me of my why. I could not have done this without you.

To my parents that have supported me on every crazy endeavor I have taken on and been behind me 100% of the time. I love you and you have shown me daily where I get my strength and dedication from :)

To my my, my best friend. From seeing me in prep three years ago, working out with me everyday and doing every cardio session with me, to facetiming me on hard days to keep me going. You are a pillar in my life and I love you endlessly !!

& to all of my friends, family, and new gym buddies that have been in my same spot, your support and kind words through this prep were so meaningful 🫂

🥇Open Class C
🥈Novice

I will always challenge myself for more and can not wait to continue to see the many ways this sport will continue to change me ❤️
