Summer 26🩷 After a long summer I wanted to give Miss Journey the credit she deserves. We made no money this summer until our last rodeo at Lamar, Co Pro Rodeo. We’ve been so close each weekend so I’m glad we finally got it done. Journey gives me her all every run even when I make tons of mistakes. I’m just very blessed to swing my leg over this horse and I’m excited to see our future together! by @bailey.bell05

First college rodeo season in the books. I know the good Lord has me exactly where I’m supposed to be. Was blessed to make it back in the short go in the barrels at Lamar. Can’t thank him enough for this life and two good horses🫶🏻 by @bailey.bell05

•NHSFR 2024•

As many of you know this week was a very tough one for me and my family. Although I was making many memories I was struggling mentally. The morning of my first run heaven gained another angel. My Aunt Karen was adored and loved by many. I put the pressure on myself that I needed to win in order to represent her and make her proud. My grandma then soon after my first run reminded me that Aunt Tinney was proud of me no matter what. Each day I felt her presence, especially when before I ran I looked up after praying and saw the beautiful sunset. I may not of had the Finals that I wanted, but the Lord once again humbled me and reminded me that you can’t control his plan and that we’re just here along for the ride. taken in Sweetwater Events Complex by @bailey.bell05

•State Finals 2024•

Waiting on the Lords timing was pretty hard these last few years, but it sure did pay off. Couldn’t be more proud of this horse and we’re finally Nationals bound in the poles. I can never truly stress enough how blessed I am to have this horse in my life. Thank you to everyone for the amazing support through the years!

Zip got me second in the first round and third in the second round. We won the average on two and ended up third in the state.

‘Sometimes a no from God is just a simple not yet’

My mindset completely changed after state last year and that quote is the exact reason why. I realized that God had a reason for me not making it to nationals my freshman and sophomore year. So I decided to change my goals and realize that God isn’t telling me no, but that he’s just saying not yet. God blessed me with two amazing horses that would qualify me to state in all my events this year. My rope horse Cody that does his job great every time and Zip my younger one. Zip got me into the short go in poles and I’ve never felt anything more rewarding than when he places me in the poles or barrels. I am also very excited and thankful to be the new Vice President for NeHSRA!! Thank you to everyone that encouraged me and helped me this season! I am grateful for you all! by @bailey.bell05
