Why do we spend so much time measuring our behind-the-scenes against everyone else’s lives around us?

So easily falling into the loop of they’re doing this or they’ve completed that.

But your life isn’t a race, and your timeline is not meant to look like everyone else’s. Different paths. Different paces.

You’re not late. We’re all just on our own unique journey, right where we are meant to be.🤍✨

why do we spend so much time judging how our bodies look that we completely disregard the very things it was made to do.

our bodies carry us through life, let us laugh until we can’t breathe, hold the people we love, and take us places we once only dreamed about.

it grows, it heals, it adapts — it tells the story of everything you’ve LIVED through. 💛

you’re not meant to tear yourself apart over appearances. you’re meant to exist, to experience, to live in it — not against it. 🥹🫶🏼

please show your body and yourself love and kindness. appreciate it—you only have one, and it does far more for you than you may ever fully realize. 🙂‍↕️✨ by @bailey.tregan
