Have you ever tried pink ramen🍜?

Today's check-in Japanese ramen restaurant @okishokudo , which focuses on healthy cuisine, and all their dishes are free from MSG! Their soup bases are made by simmering fish bones🐟, resulting in a very flavorful and rich taste.

The food we are reviewing today is their most famous pink 🍜 . Doesn't it sound unique? It really is quite special! The noodles are colored with beetroot, giving them a chewy texture that's very enjoyable, especially when combined with the onsen tamago (soft-boiled egg), smoked meat, and fish bone broth. It's truly perfect.

We also ordered the chicken curry rice, which had a rich and flavorful curry sauce, and the fried chicken was tender with a good bite. The additional side dishes complemented the dish perfectly, making it incredibly delicious.

Another highlight is their Sicilian tofu. Its taste is truly extraordinary. It's difficult to describe, but it's like Indian masala, perhaps? Hahahah, you should definitely give it a try!
