And the energy changed the moment I touched down.

I didn’t leave California and cross the country just to compete.

I came to leave no doubt.

This is my orange belt debut—and the mission is clear.

The stage is set.
The work is done.
Now it’s time to go finish it.

Pan Kids 2026 will be my orange belt debut, and it means even more because this is the last step toward something big.

We’ve already won Brasileiro.
We’ve already won Euros.
Now it’s time for Pans.

A 4th Pan Kids title is on the line.
So is the IBJJF Grand Slam.

This moment didn’t happen by accident.
It took my family, my coaches, my teammates, and every hard round behind the scenes to get here.

New belt. Same standard.
We’re not coming just to compete.

Another returning champion from the Banana Ladies is back.

Welcome back Bailey Heinsohn! 🍌🔥

Representing AOJ.

One of the most decorated athletes in this year’s field, Bailey put together an incredible performance at PUI Vol. 1. With multiple submissions and a dominant run, she helped lead the Banana Ladies to a championship and cemented herself as one of the event’s top competitors.

Orange Belt. 🧡🥋

Today I was promoted to orange belt.

This belt isn’t just a new color. It’s the result of years of showing up, trusting the process, and putting in the work every single day.

Every practice, every round, every competition, every early morning, every late night, and every sacrifice has led to this moment.

As a yellow belt, I had the opportunity to compete against some of the best girls in the world. Every match challenged me to raise my level, and I’m proud of everything I accomplished during this chapter.

Thank you to my professors, coaches, teammates, training partners, and my family for believing in me and helping me become the athlete and person I am today.

I’m proud of everything I achieved as a yellow belt, but this promotion isn’t the finish line.

It’s the beginning of the next chapter.

The belt changed today. My commitment didn’t.

Brazil was incredible.

This week was full of training, tough matches, new experiences, and memories I’ll never forget. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to compete in Brazil, represent AOJ, and test myself against some amazing girls.

Thank you to my coaches, teammates, training partners, friends, and family for helping me chase my dreams every day. None of this happens alone.

Being able to travel to Brazil, learn from the experience, and come home with gold means so much to me. But more than anything, I’m thankful for the lessons, the growth, and the chance to do what I love.

Now it’s time to get back to work—because there is always more to learn. ❤️🥋
