After a season of heartbreak, God has blessed us with a beautiful new beginning. 🌈🤍

Our rainbow baby, Baby Epperson, is on the way! We’re trusting in His perfect timing and thanking God for this precious answered prayer. Arriving January 2027. 🥹✨ taken in Black Forest, Colorado by @baileyepperson13

On October 28th, at our 12-week midwife appointment, our hearts were shattered. We learned that our baby had gone to be with Jesus the week prior.

We were so excited to be growing our family and welcoming our second baby. Hearing that there was no longer a heartbeat felt like time stood still. We had prayed for this baby, dreamed about life as a family of four & how amazing Brielle would be as a big sister, and thanked God for this little blessing from the moment we saw those two lines. Losing that heartbeat has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever faced.

But even in heartbreak, we are comforted knowing our baby is in the arms of Jesus now. 🤍 Though we never got to hold our little one here on earth, we rest in the promise that we will one day in Heaven.

Miscarriage is something so many walk through quietly, and my heart aches for every parent who’s felt this pain. I share this not for sympathy, but to honor our baby’s short yet precious life—and to remind myself that God is still good, even here. His plans are greater, His timing is perfect, and His love never fails.

Until we meet again, sweet baby. 💔👼🏼✨ by @baileyepperson13
