i can’t think of the last time i enjoyed a croissant (that’s on me) and this was delightful

started a Substack! It’s called learning to surf because I’ve found so many parallels between surfing and processing things in life: learning humility when not being good at something new, learning how to fall and get back up again, learning how to fall when waves are coming, learning how to regulate my nervous system when the waves are coming – I have list and it will surely continue to grow.

I’m not writing this because you need another Substack in your inbox - you probably don’t! but it keeps me accountable for long-form writing and I’ll also share monthly journal prompts, musings, and talk about health and wellness like it’s my job - which it is! (link in bio) by @baileyinbrooklyn
