HOMEOWNER🏡❤️ Closing looks a little different this time. I am in awe of God and how he continues to show up & show up in my life every day. From a distant thought-not even actively looking for a home to randomly browsing new listings in my neighborhood on a Thursday evening out of curiosity, to seeing a DIME of a house 3mins away from my parents. Quickly proceeded with booking the last showing slot of the day to finding the perfect fit, said I have to see this house. The first home I saw. This is the one, further confirmed by winning out in a multiple offer situation (if it’s meant to be it’s meant to be right) & a homeowner in less than 4 weeks. When I tell you I was not remotely thinking about purchasing a home 4 weeks earlier. I thought to myself this is not a coincidence. God makes no mistakes, preparation non-existent, just trust..trust that it will all work out. Excited to start future real estate investments with my brother my business partner, this home is the beginning. Definitely a scary big step as you run all the what ifs & the responsibility of homeownership especially purchasing your first home, but I continue to put my faith in God even when I’m scared, even when I cannot see. At every point of this home buying process, I just knew this was the right step, what I was being called to do. I must say being able to spend the first full day in MY house..nothing like waking up in a home that you know will be a huge wealth builder in the future for yourself and generations to come. You get to wake up & see your money every day, it feels great. Thank you to my parents, our biggest supporters, my lender, Kyle Hicks, who I’ve worked alongside for years, my baby brother who I am so proud of going into this journey with me with the future in mind trusting his big sister & making 💰 moves, and last but not least (I never give myself any credit & never say this), but I am so proud of myself for taking the leap. God is so SO good, continuously doing it bigger & better than I could have ever imagined. I’m so excited about this journey!
