Safe to say husbands mostly care about what’s for dinner—it’s what they’re looking forward to when they get home.

I know my story isn’t everyone’s.

I know some are still waiting.
Still praying.
Still wondering what God is doing.

But if there’s one thing this journey taught me, it’s this —

God’s plan is always bigger than the one we try to control.

I thought I knew what my body could handle.
I thought I knew what our family would look like.

I didn’t.

And I’m so grateful He did. 🤍

If you’re in the waiting season… this is your reminder:
The future isn’t unknown to Him.

My mouth will say it’s AI… but catch me on my roof setting up our Christmas tree later because I have young kids and we all know they are not leaving that thing alone 😂🎄

Christmas decorating with toddlers is basically an extreme sport. The touching, pulling, ornament relocating, and attempts to climb directly into the tree? I love them dearly, but the roof may be my only option.

If you get it, you’re my people. Follow for more mildly unhinged motherhood, Christmas chaos, and trying to get a lot of things done in a day.

The second the last trick-or-treater leaves and I get to become Martha May Whovier with the Christmas lights 😂🎄

Halloween was cute, but it is officially Christmas season in this house. October 31st at 9 PM is basically November 1st, right?!

Tell me I’m not the only one already ready for Christmas decor, Christmas movies, Christmas music, and a whole lot of twinkle lights. ✨

Hi! 👋 🥹 I thought maybe now was a good time for a reintroduction on here.

Swipe to see what we’ve grown in the last five years. 🥹

These are our first official family photos in years. We became parents five years ago, have since added twins to the mix, and apparently finally got it together enough to document it.

I’m Bailey. California raised, Idaho living, married to Sterling, and this little crew is my whole world.

I’ve worked in marketing and built brands for almost a decade. A few years ago, I decided to put more energy into building my own little space here too. It’s been such a fun creative outlet outside of work and a place to share the real-life version of trying to get a lot of things done in a day.

Around here, you’ll find unhinged motherhood, working-mom life, Idaho things, thoughts I probably should’ve kept to myself, and whatever else feels worth sharing along the way. I love the sweet, picture-perfect moments too, but I also try to share the parts of motherhood that are messy, hard, funny, and not always as polished as they look online.

My hope is that when you click on my little story bubble or one of my reels finds your feed, you feel a little less alone, a little more understood, or at the very least, it makes you smile.

Glad you’re here. 🤍 by @baileyritcheson

I am who I am, okay 🎄😅

And I truly don’t know how y’all are trekking into the forest once it gets cold—especially with kids. This California girl needed a fresh Christmas tree, zero frostbite, and to be back home within minutes 😂

And yes… he cried REAL tears when I took the rest away from him 😂 Time is such a thief. So thankful for my healthy, growing babies. 🤍 #nicubabies #PreemieStrong #FirstBirthday #BabyMilestones #twinmom by @baileyritcheson

Couldn’t miss Reagan + Gunnar’s first-ever frat party 🥹🤪 One year old already and officially the cutest little frat twins around. Happy birthday to my twinnies ❤️❤️ #TwinFirstBirthday #FraternalTwins #TwinMom #firstbirthdayparty by @baileyritcheson

Moms thinking we need a girls trip to be wild…

When really, we just need a couch, no one saying “mom,” and a nap before 3 p.m.

College football with a dad is truly a full emotional journey.

My heart and prayers are with all Notre Dame fans tonight—but specifically the dads. They’ve been through enough today. 😂

One minute he’s giving the kids a halftime pep talk, the next he’s reviewing the replay in slow motion like the officials are waiting for his input.

#ad A little Walmart haul for the babies, because somehow we are already doing our very last formula top-up before the twins turn one 🥹🤎

Picked up our go-to, Bobbie Organic Gentle Infant Formula, plus baby food staples, a few things for their first birthday, and some everyday finds for the whole family.

Bobbie has given me so much peace this past year. Feeding your baby does not have to look perfect, it just has to be what works best for you and your family. Our twins have loved it, and I’m so grateful for the support from the Bobbie community throughout our feeding journey. 🤎
