2 years spent with my best friend ❤️ You’re my rock, binge watching partner, foodie, concert partner, travel partner, but most importantly, you’re my person. Thank you for giving my life endless joy. Thank you for just being you. I cant imagine going through life without you. Happy anniversary @ethan.racker I love you and your heart ✨❤️ by @baileyruppe16
Today is meantal health awareness day. I want to share the vulnerable side of me that I never show and try to hide. I want to share this in hope of helping anyone struggling right now. When I’m sad, I’M SAD. I feel emotions heavily. The first picture was my lowest a few months ago. I’ve been in this position several times throughout my life, but this was bad... I felt so lost and I was away from the people closest to me. I spent weeks crying myself to sleep. Everyday was a struggle to get out of bed. I felt so incredibly alone. I wasn’t taking care of myself and I was the saddest I’ve been in a long time. I was fighting it every single day. I told myself I was okay and acted like I was happy. One day I knew I was at my breaking point after a phone call with my old boss in Knoxville and knew it was time to speak up about how bad I was struggling. That was the best decision I made. It is okay to not be okay. It is okay to ask for help. It is okay to receive help. It’s okay to be sad, angry, or confused. Check on your friends, even the “happy” ones. You never know what people are going through. The last pic is now. I still struggle everyday with my mental health. There are really good days and very bad days where I don’t feel good enough, don’t like myself, feel alone, and cry.. However, I know I’ve found my people. Surround yourself with people who genuinely care about your well being. I have an amazing support system who help pull me out of any rut I find myself in. I’m slowly learning to remove people and myself from situations that make me feel worthless. I would not be here if it wasn’t for these special people. They never judge me and I know I can ALWAYS come to them when I’m feeling low. Find those people who don’t make you feel ashamed for having mental illness, but help fight it with you. Even on days you feel unloved, just know there is someone out there who loves you endlessly. If you feel like you have no one please please PLEASE know you can always come to me. Even if I don’t know you, I’ll be there for you. Cheers to a healthy and happy life! I know I deserve it and you do too 🩷 #mentalhealthawarenessday #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth by @baileyruppe16
October is always the toughest month of the year, especially for my mom. They’ve been heavy on my heart this morning. Hug your people. Tell them you love them every chance you get. You never know when it’s the last time you’ll be able to. We miss them both everyday. This week will make 14 and 18 years they’ve been gone and it still feels like yesterday. I strive everyday to make them proud. If your dad is here, tell him you love him ❤️ by @baileyruppe16
Spent my birthday week at the happiest place on earth and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate 🏰🩷 Soooo much walking, way too much food, a few tears during the nighttime shows (obviously lmao), and some of the sweetest memories I’ll keep forever. Disney just has a way of making me feel like a kid again and forget about everything else for a little while. My feet may never recover, but my heart is so full ❤️ by @baileyruppe16
Seeing Noah Kahan live is always such an incredible experience. If you ever get the chance to see him, GO. His music has carried me through hard times. There’s something so comforting about hearing someone put feelings into words that I never could. His songs remind me that I’m not alone in how I feel, even on the days when it feels like I am. Being surrounded by so many people who share the same love and appreciation for an artist and their music is one of the reasons I love going to concerts. I screamed, cried my makeup off, and had a mini therapy session. It was the hottest concert I’ve ever been to, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Noah thank you for sharing your gift to the world. His music changed my life. I love getting to share these moments with my favorite person ❤️ by @baileyruppe16
Started our week off as beach bums, ended it with an amazing concert!! I loved 5SOS at 14, I love them at 26. This isn’t my first time seeing @thebandcamino and I’m so glad I got to see them play Bridgestone!!! Such a good week with my best friend/love of my life ❤️❤️❤️ also, get you a man who records your favorite songs so you can fully enjoy the moment. Now, back to reality and yearn for another vacation by @baileyruppe16
Finally got to go to one of my bucket list concerts with my favorite person. Easily one of the best concerts I’ve been to! If you ever get the opportunity to see him live, GO. The rain was definitely WORTH IT ☔️❤️ by @baileyruppe16
It doesn’t feel real having to say goodbye again so soon. After I lost sassy last year, I got attached to max and he helped carry me through that grief. He gave me comfort and so much love when I needed it most. Now he’s gone too, and my heart feels broken all over again. I’ll always be grateful for the time we had with maxina. Thank you for being there for me, sweet boy. I hope you’re at peace and eating all the cheese in the world!! Please pray for my mother and siblings. They are hurting... My sweet babies are together again ❤️ by @baileyruppe16

Now that we’re back to reality.. We had a BLAST at disney world! We drank around the world, enjoyed our time off, celebrated our birthdays, ate great food, and walked.. A LOT. Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. Here’s to 26 and 27 🩷🩷 by @baileyruppe16
Our vacation didn’t turn out to be how we expected it would be. We started out our vacation by going to Bonnaroo and only got to enjoy one day 💔 We still had a blast!! (I died when Luke Combs brought out Jon, who’s my favorite artist of all time). It’s always good to see my forever bestie, Britni! When Bonnaroo got canceled, we headed down to PCB early! We soaked up the sun and spent our time relaxing ❤️ Life is stressful. Life is hard. Even though it didn’t go as good as we expected, I’m glad we got to spend time together and make some more memories. I can’t imagine doing life without @ethan.racker :’) by @baileyruppe16
I was never really good at speaking up when I’m in a dark place or just going through something in general… When I get in a bad headspace, I listen to music. There are songs that make me feel exactly how I’m feeling, less alone, help cry things out, cheer me up, etc.. Music genuinely saved my life many times over the years. I’ve always said that I wanted to do a music sleeve, dedicated to songs and artists that mean a lot to me or have saved my life. Of course, Noah Kahan and Harry Styles are the first two. I got sent call your mom a few years ago when I went to a friend expressing that I was in a really dark place. It felt like he was talking directly to me when I listened to it. I broke DOWN and still do what I listen to it. I never knew a song could help me the way that song does. It’s moving, heart-breaking and deeply emotional. The lyric, “Don’t let this darkness for you. All lights turned off, can be turned on” is something I tell myselflf often. Harry Styles has been one of my comfort artists for over 10 years now. Fine Line by Harry Styles is one of my favorite songs ever written. It gives a feeling of content, loneliness, and hopefulness. To me, this song always reminds me that despite the highs and lows that we all experience, you eventually end up alright. Both of these songs mean a lot to me and during this difficult time, it will help me get through it. Everyone check out Alishia at Moutain Mule. She does AMAZING work ❤️❤️ by @baileyruppe16
